Our working SOP (buyer & manufacturer)
while our valuable customer/buyer wants to place any kinds apparels/garments order, then they visit our website & directly communicate with our merchandising or marketing team, and discuss their upcoming seasons items or new designs item & their order volume or quantity like as sample order quantity & bulk order quantity even country wise delivery or shipment quantity etc.,
In the meantime buyer share with our merchant or marketing team their new order full requirements or tech file includes quality parameter and their target price, delivery lead time (for sample 2/3 weeks & bulk delivery 60/90/120 days as per order volume) destination port with payment method, either TT advance 80/20 or 70/30 or 60/40 or LC or wire transfer & their T&C.
If buyers send us physical sample or original quality sample by DHL or FedEx & while we receive buyer original sample then our merchant ,marketing, technical, sewing, production, knitting, dye house, quality control, planing, supply chain make meeting & discuss these order sample to bulk production with on time delivery schedule as per buyer demand
Sometime buyer not send original swatch then buyer send only tech pack & mention color code like as TCX/TPX Pantone, then we follow tech pack & color code, then we make lab dips as per Pantone color code & send to buyer address by DHL or FedEx in the meantime we also proceed sample program DTM as per color code & we make 5/10 kg sample(knitting-dyeing) and we make 4/8/12 pcs (T-shirt or polo or any) sample for buyer, after complete our sample then we send sample to buyer address
After sent lab dips & sample to buyer address then we inform the buyer, while buyer receive our lab dips with sample & buyer cross-check our quality like as fabric, sewing finishing, printing, embroidery etc.
While buyer feel our quality match with their target quality, then buyer approve our sample or lab dips.
If our sample quality doesn’t match their target quality, then buyer comments on our sample or lab dips by email.
While we see buyer email with comments on sample (need to improve) then our team work start again as per buyer comments follow.
